Description | 2-Methoxy-4-[[(3R)-3aalpha-acetoxy-6alpha-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-3a,4,6,6aalpha-tetrahydro-1H,3H-furo[3,4-c]furan]-3alpha-yl]phenyl beta-D-glucopyranoside belongs to the class of organic compounds known as lignan glycosides. These are aromatic polycyclic compounds containing a carbohydrate component glycosidically linked to a lignan moiety. They include 1-aryltetralin lactones. (1s,3as,4r,6ar)-1-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-4-(3-methoxy-4-{[(2s,3r,4s,5s,6r)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}phenyl)-tetrahydro-1h-furo[3,4-c]furan-3a-yl acetate is found in Olea europaea. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 2-Methoxy-4-[[(3R)-3aalpha-acetoxy-6alpha-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-3a,4,6,6aalpha-tetrahydro-1H,3H-furo[3,4-c]furan]-3alpha-yl]phenyl beta-D-glucopyranoside. |
