| Description | 6,11-Dihydroxy-2,2-dimethyl-12-(2-methylbut-3-en-2-yl)-2,10-dihydro-1,5-dioxatetraphen-10-one belongs to the class of organic compounds known as pyranoxanthones. These are organic aromatic compounds containing a pyran or a hydrogenated derivative fused to a xanthone ring system. 6,11-dihydroxy-2,2-dimethyl-12-(2-methylbut-3-en-2-yl)-1,5-dioxatetraphen-10-one is found in Calophyllum inophyllum. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 6,11-dihydroxy-2,2-dimethyl-12-(2-methylbut-3-en-2-yl)-2,10-dihydro-1,5-dioxatetraphen-10-one. |
