| Description | O-methylthalibrine belongs to the class of organic compounds known as benzylisoquinolines. These are organic compounds containing an isoquinoline to which a benzyl group is attached. (1s)-1-{[4-(5-{[(1s)-6,7-dimethoxy-2-methyl-3,4-dihydro-1h-isoquinolin-1-yl]methyl}-2-methoxyphenoxy)phenyl]methyl}-6,7-dimethoxy-2-methyl-3,4-dihydro-1h-isoquinoline is found in Thalictrum minus. (1s)-1-{[4-(5-{[(1s)-6,7-dimethoxy-2-methyl-3,4-dihydro-1h-isoquinolin-1-yl]methyl}-2-methoxyphenoxy)phenyl]methyl}-6,7-dimethoxy-2-methyl-3,4-dihydro-1h-isoquinoline was first documented in 2011 (PMID: 22004161). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on O-methylthalibrine. |
