These are prenol lipids containing a carbohydrate moiety glycosidically bound to a terpene backbone. methyl (4s,5r,6s)-5-ethenyl-4-{[(2r,6s)-6-[4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-oxobutyl]-4-oxooxan-2-yl]methyl}-6-{[(2s,3r,4s,5s,6r)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}-5,6-dihydro-4h-pyran-3-carboxylate is found in Hydrangea macrophylla. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on methyl (2S,3R,4S)-3-ethenyl-4-{[(2R,6S)-6-[4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-oxobutyl]-4-oxooxan-2-yl]methyl}-2-{[(2S,3R,4S,5S,6R)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyran-5-carboxylate. |
