Description | (1R,2E,4R,7S,10E,13S)-2,10-dimethyl-6-methylidene-13-(prop-1-en-2-yl)cyclotetradeca-2,10-diene-1,4,7-triol belongs to the class of organic compounds known as cembrane diterpenoids. These are diterpenoids with a structure based a cembrane skeleton, which is characterized by the presence of an isopropyl group at C-1 and by three symmetrically disposed methyl groups a the t C-4, -8 and -12 positions. (1r,2e,4r,7s,10e,13s)-2,10-dimethyl-6-methylidene-13-(prop-1-en-2-yl)cyclotetradeca-2,10-diene-1,4,7-triol is found in Tarenaya spinosa. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (1R,2E,4R,7S,10E,13S)-2,10-dimethyl-6-methylidene-13-(prop-1-en-2-yl)cyclotetradeca-2,10-diene-1,4,7-triol. |
