DescriptionEpi-Temuconine belongs to the class of organic compounds known as benzylisoquinolines. These are organic compounds containing an isoquinoline to which a benzyl group is attached. (1s)-1-{[4-(5-{[(1r)-6,7-dimethoxy-2-methyl-3,4-dihydro-1h-isoquinolin-1-yl]methyl}-2-hydroxyphenoxy)phenyl]methyl}-6-methoxy-2-methyl-3,4-dihydro-1h-isoquinolin-7-ol is found in Aristolochia elegans and Berberis valdiviana. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on epi-Temuconine.
