Description | (3S,5R)-3-[(S)-1-[[(2S,5R)-Tetrahydro-5-methyl-5-vinylfuran]-2-yl]ethyl]-5-(1-methylethenyl)-1,2-dioxolan-3-ol belongs to the class of organic compounds known as 1,2-dioxolanes. These are organic compounds containing 1,2-dioxolane, an aliphatic five-member ring with two oxygen atoms in ring positions 1 and 2. (3s,5r)-3-[(1s)-1-[(2s,5r)-5-ethenyl-5-methyloxolan-2-yl]ethyl]-5-(prop-1-en-2-yl)-1,2-dioxolan-3-ol is found in Artemisia abrotanum. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (3S,5R)-3-[(S)-1-[[(2S,5R)-Tetrahydro-5-methyl-5-vinylfuran]-2-yl]ethyl]-5-(1-methylethenyl)-1,2-dioxolan-3-ol. |
