| Description | Agastaquinone belongs to the class of organic compounds known as diterpenoids. These are terpene compounds formed by four isoprene units. 10-hydroxy-2-isopropyl-3-methoxy-8,8-dimethylphenanthrene-1,4,7-trione is found in Agastache rugosa. 10-hydroxy-2-isopropyl-3-methoxy-8,8-dimethylphenanthrene-1,4,7-trione was first documented in 2014 (PMID: 24899872). Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Agastaquinone (PMID: 29576845). |
