(1s,1's,2r,3r,6s,6's,9'r)-6-(acetyloxy)-3-(hydroxymethyl)-3-methyl-10'-methylidene-2',11'-dioxo-3'-oxaspiro[cyclohexane-1,5'-tricyclo[7.2.1.0¹,⁶]dodecan]-2-ylmethyl acetate is found in Isodon japonicus. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Isodojaponin D.
