Description7Beta-Hydroxy-8,13-abietadiene-11,12-dione belongs to the class of organic compounds known as diterpenoids. These are terpene compounds formed by four isoprene units. (4bs,8as,10s)-10-hydroxy-2-isopropyl-4b,8,8-trimethyl-5,6,7,8a,9,10-hexahydrophenanthrene-3,4-dione is found in Salvia nutans. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 7beta-Hydroxy-8,13-abietadiene-11,12-dione.
