| Description | (1S,2S,3R,4aR,9aS)-1,2,3,4a,6,9a-hexahydroxy-8-methoxy-3-methyl-1,2,3,4,4a,9,9a,10-octahydroanthracene-9,10-dione belongs to the class of organic compounds known as hydroxyanthraquinones. Hydroxyanthraquinones are compounds containing a hydroxyanthraquinone moiety, which consists of an anthracene bearing a quinone, and hydroxyl group. (1s,2s,3r,4ar,9as)-1,2,3,4a,6,9a-hexahydroxy-8-methoxy-3-methyl-2,4-dihydro-1h-anthracene-9,10-dione is found in Chrysosporium queenslandicum. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (1S,2S,3R,4aR,9aS)-1,2,3,4a,6,9a-hexahydroxy-8-methoxy-3-methyl-1,2,3,4,4a,9,9a,10-octahydroanthracene-9,10-dione. |
