| Description | (4S,6R,7S,10R,11E)-3-(Acetoxymethyl)-4-(senecioyloxy)-6,10-dimethyl-7-hydroxy-5,6,7,8,9,10-hexahydro-7,10-epoxycyclodeca[b]furan-2(4H)-one belongs to the class of organic compounds known as tricarboxylic acids and derivatives. These are carboxylic acids containing exactly three carboxyl groups. (1r,2e,8s,10r,11s)-6-[(acetyloxy)methyl]-11-hydroxy-1,10-dimethyl-5-oxo-4,14-dioxatricyclo[9.2.1.0³,⁷]tetradeca-2,6-dien-8-yl 3-methylbut-2-enoate is found in Vernonanthura pinguis. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (4S,6R,7S,10R,11E)-3-(Acetoxymethyl)-4-(senecioyloxy)-6,10-dimethyl-7-hydroxy-5,6,7,8,9,10-hexahydro-7,10-epoxycyclodeca[b]furan-2(4H)-one. |
