Pyranoflavonoids are compounds containing a pyran ring fused to a 2-phenyl-1,4-benzopyran skeleton. 5-hydroxy-2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-8,8-dimethyl-2h,3h-pyrano[2,3-f]chromen-4-one is found in Limonia acidissima. 5-Hydroxy-2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-8,8-dimethyl-2H,3H,4H,8H-pyrano[2,3-f]chromen-4-one is an extremely weak basic (essentially neutral) compound (based on its pKa). |
