Description | Herbacetin 7-methyl ether 3-(2''-(e)-feruloylglucoside) belongs to the class of organic compounds known as flavonoid-3-o-glycosides. These are phenolic compounds containing a flavonoid moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to carbohydrate moiety at the C3-position. Thus, herbacetin 7-methyl ether 3-(2''-(e)-feruloylglucoside) is considered to be a flavonoid. (2s,3r,4s,5s,6r)-2-{[5,8-dihydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-7-methoxy-4-oxochromen-3-yl]oxy}-4,5-dihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-3-yl (2e)-3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)prop-2-enoate is found in Ranunculus sardous. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Herbacetin 7-methyl ether 3-(2''-(e)-feruloylglucoside). |
