These are prenol lipids containing a lactone ring. (1r,2'r,3s,4''r,5r,6s)-4''-methyl-2-methylidene-5''-oxodispiro[bicyclo[3.1.1]heptane-6,4':2',2''-bis(oxolane)]-3-yl (3s)-3-hydroxy-2,2-dimethylbutanoate is found in Podospora decipiens. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (1R,2'R,3S,4''R,5R,6S)-4''-methyl-2-methylidene-5''-oxodispiro[bicyclo[3.1.1]Heptane-6,4':2',2''-Bis(oxolane)]-3-yl (3S)-3-hydroxy-2,2-dimethylbutanoate. |
