Description(3R)-5-{[(2R,3S,4S,5R,6S)-6-{[2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-5,7-dihydroxy-4-oxo-4H-chromen-3-yl]oxy}-3,4,5-trihydroxyoxan-2-yl]methoxy}-3-hydroxy-3-methyl-5-oxopentanoic acid belongs to the class of organic compounds known as flavonoid-3-o-glycosides. These are phenolic compounds containing a flavonoid moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to carbohydrate moiety at the C3-position. (3r)-5-{[(2r,3s,4s,5r,6s)-6-{[2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-5,7-dihydroxy-4-oxochromen-3-yl]oxy}-3,4,5-trihydroxyoxan-2-yl]methoxy}-3-hydroxy-3-methyl-5-oxopentanoic acid is found in Euphorbia ebracteolata. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (3R)-5-{[(2R,3S,4S,5R,6S)-6-{[2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-5,7-dihydroxy-4-oxo-4H-chromen-3-yl]oxy}-3,4,5-trihydroxyoxan-2-yl]methoxy}-3-hydroxy-3-methyl-5-oxopentanoic acid.
