Dihydropyranones are compounds containing a hydrogenated pyran ring which bears a ketone, and contains one double bond. methyl 2-[6-(furan-3-yl)-10-hydroxy-1,7,11,13,13-pentamethyl-4,14-dioxo-5,17-dioxatetracyclo[8.7.0.0²,⁷.0¹¹,¹⁶]heptadeca-2,15-dien-12-yl]acetate is found in Hortia oreadica. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on methyl 2-[6-(furan-3-yl)-10-hydroxy-1,7,11,13,13-pentamethyl-4,14-dioxo-5,17-dioxatetracyclo[8.7.0.0²,⁷.0¹¹,¹⁶]Heptadeca-2,15-dien-12-yl]acetate. |
