Description(4S,5S)-1,10-Didehydro-4beta-methyl-15-norambrosane-8alpha,11-diol 8-[(2E)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)propenoate] belongs to the class of organic compounds known as sesquiterpenoids. These are terpenes with three consecutive isoprene units. (1s,6s,7s,8as)-7-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl)-1,4-dimethyl-1,2,3,5,6,7,8,8a-octahydroazulen-6-yl (2e)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)prop-2-enoate is found in Thapsia villosa. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (4S,5S)-1,10-Didehydro-4beta-methyl-15-norambrosane-8alpha,11-diol 8-[(2E)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)propenoate].
