Description | 4Alpha-Acetoxy-3,4abeta,5beta-trimethyl-4a,5,6,7,8,8abeta,9,9abeta-octahydronaphtho[2,3-b]furan-2(4H)-one belongs to the class of organic compounds known as terpene lactones. These are prenol lipids containing a lactone ring. (4r,4ar,5s,8ar,9as)-3,4a,5-trimethyl-2-oxo-4h,5h,6h,7h,8h,8ah,9h,9ah-naphtho[2,3-b]furan-4-yl acetate is found in Ligularia muliensis. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 4alpha-Acetoxy-3,4abeta,5beta-trimethyl-4a,5,6,7,8,8abeta,9,9abeta-octahydronaphtho[2,3-b]furan-2(4H)-one. |
