These are organic compounds containing an oxolane (tetrahydrofuran) ring, which is a saturated aliphatic five-member ring containing one oxygen and five carbon atoms. 1-{4-bromo-5-[(3-ethyloxiran-2-yl)methyl]oxolan-2-yl}hex-3-en-5-yn-1-ol is found in Laurencia nipponica. 1-{4-Bromo-5-[(3-ethyloxiran-2-yl)methyl]oxolan-2-yl}hex-3-en-5-yn-1-ol is an extremely weak basic (essentially neutral) compound (based on its pKa).
