Description[[(2R,3R)-2,3-Dihydro-7-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-5-(3-hydroxypropyl)benzofuran-3-yl]methyl]beta-D-glucopyranoside belongs to the class of organic compounds known as 2-arylbenzofuran flavonoids. These are phenylpropanoids containing the 2-phenylbenzofuran moiety. (2r,3r,4s,5s,6r)-2-{[(2r,3r)-7-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-5-(3-hydroxypropyl)-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-3-yl]methoxy}-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxane-3,4,5-triol is found in Breynia fruticosa. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on [[(2R,3R)-2,3-Dihydro-7-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-5-(3-hydroxypropyl)benzofuran-3-yl]methyl]beta-D-glucopyranoside.
