These are steroid derivatives in which one carbon atom in the steroidal skeleton has been substituted with a nitrogen atom. (1s,3as,3br,5ar,7r,9as,9bs,11as)-1-[(1s)-1-(dimethylamino)ethyl]-2',9a,11a-trimethyl-1,2,3,3a,3b,4,5,5a,6,8,9,9b,10,11-tetradecahydrospiro[cyclopenta[a]phenanthrene-7,1'-isoindol]-3'-one is found in Pachysandra procumbens. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (1R,1'S,2'S,7'R,10'R,11'S,14'S,15'S)-14'-[(1S)-1-(dimethylamino)ethyl]-2,2',15'-trimethyl-2,3-dihydrospiro[isoindole-1,5'-tetracyclo[8.7.0.0²,⁷.0¹¹,¹⁵]Heptadecane]-3-one. |
