O-Acetyl-L-homoserine is a very strong basic compound (based on its pKa). O-Acetyl-L-homoserine exists in both E. o-acetyl-l-homoserine is found in Apis cerana and Trypanosoma brucei. Coli (prokaryote) and yeast (eukaryote).
