| Common Name | 3-[(3-{[3,4-dihydroxy-4-(hydroxymethyl)oxolan-2-yl]oxy}-4,5-dihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl)oxy]-5,7-dihydroxy-2-(4-{[3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}phenyl)chromen-4-one |
|---|
| Description | Kaempferol 3-apiosyl-(1->2)-glucoside-4'-glucoside belongs to the class of organic compounds known as benzylisoquinolines. These are organic compounds containing an isoquinoline to which a benzyl group is attached. Thus, kaempferol 3-apiosyl-(1->2)-glucoside-4'-glucoside is considered to be a flavonoid lipid molecule. 3-[(3-{[3,4-dihydroxy-4-(hydroxymethyl)oxolan-2-yl]oxy}-4,5-dihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl)oxy]-5,7-dihydroxy-2-(4-{[3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]oxy}phenyl)chromen-4-one is found in Astragalus complanatus. Kaempferol 3-apiosyl-(1->2)-glucoside-4'-glucoside is a very hydrophobic molecule, practically insoluble (in water), and relatively neutral. |
