These are prenol lipids containing a carbohydrate moiety glycosidically bound to a terpene backbone. methyl (5e,6s)-5-ethylidene-4-{2-oxo-2-[2-(4-{[(3r,4s,5r,6r)-3,4,5-tris(acetyloxy)-6-[(acetyloxy)methyl]oxan-2-yl]oxy}phenyl)ethoxy]ethyl}-6-{[(3r,4s,5r,6r)-3,4,5-tris(acetyloxy)-6-[(acetyloxy)methyl]oxan-2-yl]oxy}-4,6-dihydropyran-3-carboxylate is found in Fraxinus angustifolia. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on methyl (2S,3E)-3-ethylidene-4-{2-oxo-2-[2-(4-{[(3R,4S,5R,6R)-3,4,5-tris(acetyloxy)-6-[(acetyloxy)methyl]oxan-2-yl]oxy}phenyl)ethoxy]ethyl}-2-{[(3R,4S,5R,6R)-3,4,5-tris(acetyloxy)-6-[(acetyloxy)methyl]oxan-2-yl]oxy}-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyran-5-carboxylate. |
