These are monoterpenoids containing exactly 2 rings, which are fused to each other. 1-[1-(acetyloxy)-7-methyl-11-methylidene-1h,4ah,5h,6h,9h,10h,11ah-cyclonona[c]pyran-4-yl]-4-methylpent-3-en-1-yl acetate is found in Parasphaerasclera aurea, Eunephthya thyrsoidea and Ovabunda biseriata. 1-[1-(Acetyloxy)-7-methyl-11-methylidene-1H,4aH,5H,6H,9H,10H,11H,11aH-cyclonona[c]pyran-4-yl]-4-methylpent-3-en-1-yl acetate is an extremely weak basic (essentially neutral) compound (based on its pKa).
