Description | (2S,3R,4S,5S,6R)-2-{[2-hydroxy-4-methyl-1-(propan-2-yl)cyclohex-3-en-1-yl]oxy}-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxane-3,4,5-triol belongs to the class of organic compounds known as terpene glycosides. These are prenol lipids containing a carbohydrate moiety glycosidically bound to a terpene backbone. (2s,3r,4s,5s,6r)-2-[(2-hydroxy-1-isopropyl-4-methylcyclohex-3-en-1-yl)oxy]-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxane-3,4,5-triol is found in Origanum syriacum. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2S,3R,4S,5S,6R)-2-{[2-hydroxy-4-methyl-1-(propan-2-yl)cyclohex-3-en-1-yl]oxy}-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxane-3,4,5-triol. |
