DescriptionOplopandiol acetate belongs to the class of organic compounds known as long-chain fatty alcohols. These are fatty alcohols that have an aliphatic tail of 13 to 21 carbon atoms. (9z,11s,16s)-11,16-dihydroxyoctadec-9-en-12,14-diyn-1-yl acetate is found in Oplopanax horridus. (9z,11s,16s)-11,16-dihydroxyoctadec-9-en-12,14-diyn-1-yl acetate was first documented in 2010 (PMID: 20335964). Based on a literature review a small amount of articles have been published on Oplopandiol acetate (PMID: 20723598) (PMID: 25070635) (PMID: 20638214).
