These are terpenes composed of five consecutive isoprene units. 4-hydroxy-25-(4-hydroxy-2,6,6-trimethylcyclohex-1-en-1-yl)-6,7,10,14,19,23-hexamethylpentacosa-6,10,12,14,16,18,20,22-octaen-24-yne-2,9-dione is found in Magallana gigas and Meretrix petechialis. 4-Hydroxy-25-(4-hydroxy-2,6,6-trimethylcyclohex-1-en-1-yl)-6,7,10,14,19,23-hexamethylpentacosa-6,10,12,14,16,18,20,22-octaen-24-yne-2,9-dione is an extremely weak basic (essentially neutral) compound (based on its pKa).
