| Description | 2-(3,4,5-Trihydroxyphenyl)-3-[3-O-[(E)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acryloyl]-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyloxy]-5,7-dihydroxy-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one belongs to the class of organic compounds known as flavonoid-3-o-glycosides. These are phenolic compounds containing a flavonoid moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to carbohydrate moiety at the C3-position. (2s,3r,4r,5s,6s)-2-{[5,7-dihydroxy-4-oxo-2-(3,4,5-trihydroxyphenyl)chromen-3-yl]oxy}-3,5-dihydroxy-6-methyloxan-4-yl (2e)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)prop-2-enoate is found in Diospyros glaucifolia. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 2-(3,4,5-Trihydroxyphenyl)-3-[3-O-[(E)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acryloyl]-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyloxy]-5,7-dihydroxy-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one. |
