Description(1S,2R,4aR,8aR)-1-(acetyloxy)-7-(2-hydroperoxypropan-2-yl)-1,4a-dimethyl-6-oxo-1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,8a-octahydronaphthalen-2-yl (2S,3R)-2,3-dimethyloxirane-2-carboxylate belongs to the class of organic compounds known as eudesmane, isoeudesmane or cycloeudesmane sesquiterpenoids. These are sesquiterpenoids with a structure based on the eudesmane skeleton. (1s,2r,4ar,8ar)-1-(acetyloxy)-7-(2-hydroperoxypropan-2-yl)-1,4a-dimethyl-6-oxo-3,4,5,8a-tetrahydro-2h-naphthalen-2-yl (2s,3r)-2,3-dimethyloxirane-2-carboxylate is found in Neurolaena lobata. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (1S,2R,4aR,8aR)-1-(acetyloxy)-7-(2-hydroperoxypropan-2-yl)-1,4a-dimethyl-6-oxo-1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,8a-octahydronaphthalen-2-yl (2S,3R)-2,3-dimethyloxirane-2-carboxylate.
