Description | 4-[(1R,3aR,4S,6aR)-4-(3-ethyl-4-hydroxy-5-methoxyphenyl)-hexahydrofuro[3,4-c]furan-1-yl]-2-ethyl-6-methoxyphenol belongs to the class of organic compounds known as furanoid lignans. These are lignans with a structure that contains either a tetrahydrofuran ring, a furan ring, or a furofuan ring system, that arises from the joining of the two phenylpropanoid units. 4-[(1s,3ar,4r,6ar)-4-(3-ethyl-4-hydroxy-5-methoxyphenyl)-hexahydrofuro[3,4-c]furan-1-yl]-2-ethyl-6-methoxyphenol is found in Daphne oleoides. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 4-[(1R,3aR,4S,6aR)-4-(3-ethyl-4-hydroxy-5-methoxyphenyl)-hexahydrofuro[3,4-c]furan-1-yl]-2-ethyl-6-methoxyphenol. |
