Description3,4-Secours-20(30)-ene-3-oic acid belongs to the class of organic compounds known as steroid acids. Steroid acids are compounds containing a carboxyl group attached to a steroid backbone. 3-[(1s,2s,4ar,4br,6ar,10r,10as,10br,12ar)-2-isopropyl-1,4a,4b,6a,10-pentamethyl-9-methylidene-dodecahydro-2h-chrysen-1-yl]propanoic acid is found in Asclepias curassavica. It was first documented in 2022 (PMID: 36115695). Based on a literature review a significant number of articles have been published on 3,4-Secours-20(30)-ene-3-oic acid (PMID: 36115691) (PMID: 36115694) (PMID: 36115693) (PMID: 36115692).
