Description4,5-Dihydroxy-2-{[5-hydroxy-2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-4-oxo-4H-chromen-7-yl]oxy}-6-(methoxycarbonyl)oxan-3-yl 1-methyl propanedioate belongs to the class of organic compounds known as flavonoid-7-o-glucuronides. These are phenolic compounds containing a flavonoid moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to glucuronic acid at the C7-position. 4,5-dihydroxy-2-{[5-hydroxy-2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-4-oxochromen-7-yl]oxy}-6-(methoxycarbonyl)oxan-3-yl 1-methyl propanedioate is found in Meehania fargesii. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 4,5-dihydroxy-2-{[5-hydroxy-2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-4-oxo-4H-chromen-7-yl]oxy}-6-(methoxycarbonyl)oxan-3-yl 1-methyl propanedioate.
