| Description | 1-O,5-O-Bis(3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoyl)-2-C-(hydroxymethyl)-beta-D-ribofuranose belongs to the class of organic compounds known as galloyl esters. These are organic compounds that contain an ester derivative of 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid. (2s,3r,4r,5r)-3,4-dihydroxy-3-(hydroxymethyl)-5-[(3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoyloxy)methyl]oxolan-2-yl 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoate is found in Caryocar glabrum. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 1-O,5-O-Bis(3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoyl)-2-C-(hydroxymethyl)-beta-D-ribofuranose. |
