Description | 2-(3-Methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)-5-hydroxy-7-[[6-O-(4-hydroxycinnamoyl)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]oxy]-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one belongs to the class of organic compounds known as flavonoid-7-o-glycosides. These are phenolic compounds containing a flavonoid moiety which is O-glycosidically linked to carbohydrate moiety at the C7-position. [(2r,3s,4s,5r,6s)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-{[5-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-4-oxochromen-7-yl]oxy}oxan-2-yl]methyl (2e)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)prop-2-enoate is found in Marrubium velutinum. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 2-(3-Methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)-5-hydroxy-7-[[6-O-(4-hydroxycinnamoyl)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]oxy]-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one. |
