| Description | 2-{[(2R)-2,5,7,8-tetramethyl-2-[(4R,8R)-4,8,12-trimethyltridecyl]-3,4-dihydro-2H-1-benzopyran-6-yl]oxy}cyclohexa-2,5-diene-1,4-dione belongs to the class of organic compounds known as vitamin e compounds. These are a group of fat-soluble compounds containing or derived either from a tocopherol or a tocotrienol skeleton. 2-{[(2r)-2,5,7,8-tetramethyl-2-[(4r,8r)-4,8,12-trimethyltridecyl]-3,4-dihydro-1-benzopyran-6-yl]oxy}cyclohexa-2,5-diene-1,4-dione is found in Ardisia virens. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 2-{[(2R)-2,5,7,8-tetramethyl-2-[(4R,8R)-4,8,12-trimethyltridecyl]-3,4-dihydro-2H-1-benzopyran-6-yl]oxy}cyclohexa-2,5-diene-1,4-dione. |
