Cyclohexenones are compounds containing a cylohexenone moiety, which is a six-membered aliphatic ring that carries a ketone and has one endocyclic double bond. (2e,4e)-n-[(3s,4r)-3,4-dihydroxy-3-[(1e,3e,5e)-6-[(2-hydroxy-5-oxocyclopent-1-en-1-yl)-c-hydroxycarbonimidoyl]hexa-1,3,5-trien-1-yl]-6-oxocyclohex-1-en-1-yl]-2,4,6-trimethyldeca-2,4-dienimidic acid is found in Streptomyces parvulus. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Manumycin D. |
