These are dihydrofurans with a carbonyl group at the C2 carbon atom. (11r,15ar)-10,11-dihydroxy-3,6,10,14,15a-pentamethyl-4h,5h,8h,9h,11h,12h,13h-cyclotetradeca[b]furan-2-one is found in Sarcophyton auritum and Sarcophyton glaucum. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (11R,15aR)-10,11-dihydroxy-3,6,10,14,15a-pentamethyl-2H,4H,5H,8H,9H,10H,11H,12H,13H,15aH-cyclotetradeca[b]furan-2-one. |
