Description[(1S,4aS,7S,8R,8aS)-7,8-bis(acetyloxy)-5,5,8a-trimethyl-2-methylidene-decahydronaphthalen-1-yl]methyl acetate belongs to the class of organic compounds known as tricarboxylic acids and derivatives. These are carboxylic acids containing exactly three carboxyl groups. [(1s,4as,7s,8r,8as)-7,8-bis(acetyloxy)-5,5,8a-trimethyl-2-methylidene-hexahydro-1h-naphthalen-1-yl]methyl acetate is found in Cadlina luteomarginata. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on [(1S,4aS,7S,8R,8aS)-7,8-bis(acetyloxy)-5,5,8a-trimethyl-2-methylidene-decahydronaphthalen-1-yl]methyl acetate.
