Description | (3S)-3-butyl-7-(2,4-dihydroxy-6-pentylphenoxy)-3-hydroxy-5-methoxy-1,3-dihydro-2-benzofuran-1-one belongs to the class of organic compounds known as diarylethers. These are organic compounds containing the dialkyl ether functional group, with the formula ROR', where R and R' are aryl groups. (3s)-3-butyl-7-(2,4-dihydroxy-6-pentylphenoxy)-3-hydroxy-5-methoxy-2-benzofuran-1-one is found in Stereocaulon sasakii. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (3S)-3-butyl-7-(2,4-dihydroxy-6-pentylphenoxy)-3-hydroxy-5-methoxy-1,3-dihydro-2-benzofuran-1-one. |
