These are diterpenoids in which an isoprene unit is glycosylated. (2s,3r,4s,5s,6r)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl (1r,3as,5ar,5br,7ar,9s,11ar,11br,13ar,13bs)-9-hydroxy-1-(2-hydroxyacetyl)-5a,5b,8,8,11a-pentamethyl-hexadecahydrocyclopenta[a]chrysene-3a-carboxylate is found in Eugenia florida. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2S,3R,4S,5S,6R)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl (1R,2R,5S,8R,9S,10R,13R,14R,17S,19R)-17-hydroxy-8-(2-hydroxyacetyl)-1,2,14,18,18-pentamethylpentacyclo[11.8.0.0²,¹⁰.0⁵,⁹.0¹⁴,¹⁹]Henicosane-5-carboxylate. |
