Description(2R)-2-[(2R,5Z)-5-{2-[2,5-bis(acetyloxy)phenyl]ethylidene}oxan-2-yl]propyl acetate belongs to the class of organic compounds known as phenol esters. These are aromatic compounds containing a benzene ring substituted by a hydroxyl group and an ester group. (2r)-2-[(2r,5z)-5-{2-[2,5-bis(acetyloxy)phenyl]ethylidene}oxan-2-yl]propyl acetate is found in Cordia elaeagnoides. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2R)-2-[(2R,5Z)-5-{2-[2,5-bis(acetyloxy)phenyl]ethylidene}oxan-2-yl]propyl acetate.
