Description(6-{[2-(3,4-Dihydroxyphenyl)-5,7-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-4-oxo-4H-chromen-3-yl]oxy}-3,4,5-trihydroxyoxan-2-yl)methyl 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)prop-2-enoate belongs to the class of organic compounds known as flavonoid 3-o-p-coumaroyl glycosides. These are flavonoid 3-O-glycosides where the carbohydrate moiety is esterified with a p-coumaric acid. (6-{[2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-5,7-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-4-oxochromen-3-yl]oxy}-3,4,5-trihydroxyoxan-2-yl)methyl 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)prop-2-enoate is found in Actinocephalus polyanthus.
