Description | (1S)-5-[[5-[(S)-2-Amino-2-carboxyethyl]-1-methyl-1H-imidazol-4-yl]thio]-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6,8-dihydroxy-1-[(4-hydroxyphenyl)methyl]-3alpha-isoquinolinecarboxylic acid belongs to the class of organic compounds known as benzylisoquinolines. These are organic compounds containing an isoquinoline to which a benzyl group is attached. (1s,3s)-5-({5-[(2s)-2-amino-2-carboxyethyl]-1-methylimidazol-4-yl}sulfanyl)-6,8-dihydroxy-1-[(4-hydroxyphenyl)methyl]-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline-3-carboxylic acid is found in Dermasterias imbricata. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (1S)-5-[[5-[(S)-2-Amino-2-carboxyethyl]-1-methyl-1H-imidazol-4-yl]thio]-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6,8-dihydroxy-1-[(4-hydroxyphenyl)methyl]-3alpha-isoquinolinecarboxylic acid. |
