Description3Beta-Acetoxytaraxasterane-20-ene-22-one belongs to the class of organic compounds known as triterpenoids. These are terpene molecules containing six isoprene units. (3s,4ar,6ar,6br,8ar,12s,12ar,12br,14ar,14br)-4,4,6a,6b,8a,11,12,14b-octamethyl-9-oxo-1,2,3,4a,5,6,7,8,12,12a,12b,13,14,14a-tetradecahydropicen-3-yl acetate is found in Ficus pandurata. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 3beta-Acetoxytaraxasterane-20-ene-22-one.
