These are organic compounds containing a lactone ring of at least twelve members. 5,8-dihydroxy-9-(hydroxymethyl)-5,13,14-trimethyl-1-oxacyclotetradeca-6,9-dien-2-one is found in Streptomyces griseoviridis. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on 5,8-dihydroxy-9-(hydroxymethyl)-5,13,14-trimethyl-1-oxacyclotetradeca-6,9-dien-2-one. |
