These are glycoside in which a sugar group is bonded through one carbon to another group via a C-glycosidic bond. methyl (3s,5s)-5-hydroxy-3-[(2s,3r,4r,5s,6r)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]hexanoate is found in Vaccinium dunalianum. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on methyl (3S,5S)-5-hydroxy-3-[(2S,3R,4R,5S,6R)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-yl]hexanoate.
