| Description | Amphotericin b, also known as amphocil or fungizone, belongs to the class of organic compounds known as aminoglycosides. These are molecules or a portion of a molecule composed of amino-modified sugars. amphotericin b is found in Streptomyces albospinus, Streptomyces hygroscopicus, Streptomyces nodosus, Streptomyces olivoverticillatus and Streptomyces viridiflavus. amphotericin b was first documented in 2022 (PMID: 36102704). Based on a literature review a small amount of articles have been published on amphotericin b (PMID: 36102410) (PMID: 36095139) (PMID: 36089726) (PMID: 36075022). |
