(3e,5r,8s,9s,13r,15s,16r,18z,25s)-11-ethyl-2,20,27-trihydroxy-10-(hydroxymethyl)-21,26-diazapentacyclo[23.2.1.0⁵,¹⁶.0⁸,¹⁵.0⁹,¹³]octacosa-1,3,10,18,20,26-hexaen-28-one is found in Streptomyces pactum. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on Pactamide B. |
